SRLA × YCL Jewels Giveaway - Terms & Conditions
Promoter
This giveaway is conducted by SRLA Pty Ltd and YCL Jewels Pty Ltd ("the Promoters").
Promotional Period
The giveaway commences at 9:00am AEST on Friday, 7 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday, 11 August 2026. Winners will be drawn and announced before 4:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 12 August 2026.
Eligibility
Entry is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over. If an entrant is under the age of 18 and permitted to enter under local laws, parental or guardian consent must be obtained.
Employees, contractors, officers and immediate family members of SRLA, YCL Jewels, and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that participation in this promotion is lawful in their country, state, territory or jurisdiction of residence.
How to Enter
To enter, during the Promotional Period participants must:
- Follow both @srla and @ycl on Instagram;
- Like and save the giveaway post; and
- Tag a friend in the comments.
Entries that do not meet all of the above requirements may be deemed invalid and removed at the Promoters' discretion. Tagging of businesses, giveaway/loop accounts, or clearly fake accounts will not be counted.
Prize
Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) SRLA "Made Yours" jewellery chest (RRP AUD $399) filled with AUD $400 of YCL Jewels product.
Value per prize: AUD $799. Total prize pool value: AUD $3,196.
All prize values are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any currency conversion rates, bank fees, taxes, duties, shipping or other costs associated with receiving or redeeming the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
Winners will be contacted via direct message from @srla on Instagram and announced on the giveaway post.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.
The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Marketing Consent
Winners will be required to provide contact and shipping details in order to receive their prize. By providing these details, winners consent to their personal information being collected and shared between SRLA and YCL Jewels for the purpose of fulfilling the prize, in accordance with each brand's Privacy Policy.
Participants may from time to time be invited to subscribe to marketing communications from SRLA and YCL Jewels, and may unsubscribe at any time.
Privacy
Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and each brand's Privacy Policy.

General
The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or engages in fraudulent, misleading or unlawful conduct.
The Promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond their reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not responsible for any technical malfunction, delayed, lost, incomplete, misdirected or improperly submitted entries.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. By entering, participants release Meta, Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility or liability associated with this promotion.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.
2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.
Nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies under the ACL.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to place an order, or you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
You confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.
4. Products & Pricing
We take reasonable care to ensure that information on the Site is correct, however:
- Product pricing and availability may change at any time.
- Colours and textures may vary slightly due to device display settings.
- We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
5. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart.
We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including errors in product information, suspected fraud, or stock limitations.
Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept payment methods displayed on our Site.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, public holidays, or factors beyond our control.
Once an order has been dispatched:
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
- SRLA is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, but we will assist you in liaising with the courier.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under ACL.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our returns policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-Mind Returns
- We may offer change-of-mind returns at our discretion (details on the Site).
- Black Friday and promotional sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty under ACL.
Faulty Goods
If an item is faulty or defective, you are entitled to a remedy under ACL. Remedies may include:
- repair
- replacement
- refund (for major failures)
Proof of purchase is required.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including branding, product images, graphics, and written content—is owned by SRLA or licensed to us.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
- engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities
- interfere with website functionality
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems
- use the Site to distribute harmful software
We may suspend or block access for misuse of the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
Except as required under the ACL, SRLA is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss
- loss of data, income, or profits
- delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control
Your statutory rights under the ACL remain unaffected.
11. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia (or your state/territory if preferred).
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.
