All SRLA orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delays may occur if your order is part of a promotion or if in a peak sale period.
Shipping
Australian Shipping:
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer both standard and express shipping:
- Standard: $18 (arrives in 2–10 business days)
- Express: $25 (arrives in 1–5 business days)
You'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen service.
International Shipping:
We offer Fast Economy and DHL Express shipping options on all international orders. Rates are calculated at checkout and vary by region:
Fast Economy: 2-21 days arrival
- New Zealand: $40
- USA /Canada: $60
- Asia Pacific: $60
- UK: $60
- UAE, Europe / Rest of World: $90.00
DHL Express: 2-7 days arrival
- New Zealand: $60
- USA / Canada: $100
- Asia Pacific: $85
- UK: $100
- UAE, Europe / Rest of World: $120
You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched.
Delivery timeframes range from 3–21 business days, depending on location and shipping method selected. If opting for Fast Economy, once your parcel reaches your country and clears customs, it will be handed over to your local postal provider.
SRLA/YCL is not responsible for any customs/import fees or delays once shipped.
If your parcel is returned to sender, re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you opt not to reship, a $60 AUD restocking fee applies.
Duties & Taxes:
For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees.
SRLA or YCL cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, or delays caused due to these customs processes over which we have no control. Nor can we be held responsible for delays caused by the delivery service provider. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and taxes.
Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, for either a refund or gift card. Email us at hello@srla.co
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in original packaging, unmarked and undamaged
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds will be less the original shipping cost
Return to Sender:
If your order is returned to sender, re-shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. If you choose not to reship, a $60 AUD restocking fee will apply.
