All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated by weight to keep costs fair when ordering multiple chests.

Middle East & Gulf DHL rates are temporarily elevated due to the conflict in the region.

You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched. Delivery timeframes range from 1 to 25 business days, depending on location and shipping method. If opting for Fast Economy, once your parcel reaches your country and clears customs, it will be handed over to your local postal provider.

SRLA is not responsible for any customs or import fees, or delays once shipped.

If your parcel is returned to sender, re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If you opt not to reship, a $60 AUD restocking fee applies.

All orders shipping to the US will have duties applied at checkout. Duties are calculated based on the total value of your order.

For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees.

SRLA cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, or delays caused due to these customs processes over which we have no control. Nor can we be held responsible for delays caused by the delivery service provider. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and taxes.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Refunds will be less the original shipping cost

Return to Sender:
