All SRLA Jewellery chests are crafted by hand, please read below to learn how to best care for your chest: 

  1. To clean, wipe your chest down with a dry, soft cloth
  2. Avoid any liquids on your chest
  3. Avoid any harsh chemicals /  sprays / cleaning agents 
  4. Avoid placing your chest on or near rough surfaces 
  5. Keep your chest out of direct sunlight
  6. Avoid placing your chest in humid rooms
  7. Use a small lint roller to clean the interior lining of your chest 
  8. Avoid slamming your chest lid
  9. Avoid bending the chest lid back as this could compromise your hinge function
  10. The piano lacquer is delicate so avoid dropping your box
